Stella Couture offers made-to-order apparel and fashion products designed and crafted with attention to detail.

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product without prior notice.

Product Disclaimer:

Minor variations in colour, texture, embroidery placement, or finishing may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the made-to-order nature of our products. Such variations shall not be considered defects.

Pricing:

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time without prior notice.

ORDERS AND BILLING

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.

Stella Couture reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including cases involving incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or product availability issues.

ORDER CANCELLATION

As all products are made to order, cancellation requests can only be considered before production has commenced.

Once an order enters the production process, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

For cancellation requests, customers may contact us at shopstellacouture@gmail.com. Approval of any cancellation request shall remain at the sole discretion of Stella Couture.

EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUNDS

We maintain a strict No Return and No Refund policy.
Exchanges are only offered in cases where:
The customer received a damaged product.
The customer received an incorrect product.
All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images and an unboxing video for verification.

For approved exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered within 15-20 business days
