Refund policy

At Stella Couture, each piece is made to order with attention to detail and craftsmanship. As every garment is specially created for you, we follow a No Return and No Refund policy. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

  1. No Returns & No Refunds

All purchases made on our website are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order placement
  • Size preference after order confirmation
  • Colour variations due to screen settings
  • Delay caused by courier partners after dispatch

As our products are made to order, orders cannot be returned once delivered.

  1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under specific conditions.

An exchange request will be considered only if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

For approved exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered within 15-20 business days

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images and an unboxing video showing the issue.
  • Provide your Order ID and registered contact details.

Resolution:

  • After verification by our team, we will arrange an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
  • If the product is unavailable, store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Stella Couture.

Requests made without sufficient proof may not be eligible for exchange.
